CBC member Bob Cannell has recently been awarded Fellowship of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Develeopment. The CIPD is the national association for HR professionals and Fellowship is their highest qualification.   Bob was given the award for his work developing democratic management techniques for worker owned businesses.

Bob is currently working with management specialists at Warwick Business School and other universities to find solutions to management needs in these radical businesses.
